Q. How do we make the fingerprint?
A.Visit The Art Cafe and we will simply press either yours or your childs finger into our special clay.
Q. My baby is very young, is it still OK to take an imprint?
A. Yes, the clay is very safe. The only thing to be aware of with young babies is that the whorls on fingerprints develop over time. So young babies often produce a fairly smooth imprint. As each child develops at different rates there is no hard and fast rule, the imprint from your child is as unique as they are.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my finished items?
A. As a general rule, you should allow up to 2 weeks for your finished items.If you need them quicker than this, please let us know when ordering and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline. Busy times of the year such as Christmas will have published deadline dates.
Q. Is the jewellery real silver?
A. Yes, the product used to make your jewellery is 99.9% silver (Fine Silver). Any items such as key chains, necklaces and bracelets are all sterling silver. We do not use any cheap or plated products in our designs. Hallmarking will also be carried out on items that require it.
