Call in to the The Art Cafe to chat about any ideas you may have about us creating a unique individual piece of ceramic artwork.

We can create beautiful and unique bespoke pieces for any occasion designed to your specification.

*A special mug for a fathers 100th birthday with a message and his name and age in his squadrons colours.

*A gorgeous large 'V' bowl with the name of the bride and groom and their wedding date in navy blue and large red sponged love hearts, plus a special message on the bottom.

*30 hand painted mugs with a silhouette of a pub and message on each.

*Several deliciously pretty Cupcake trinket boxes with messages written in the icing.

*A Piggy Bank for a child's Christening with sponged teddy bears and the date of the Christening  and underneath a message from the God Parent.

*A 40th Birthday plate with disco divas and glitter ball and name. The gift bearer took away our special pens for all of the guests at the birthday girls party to sign the plate as a memento.

*16 beautiful litre jugs, white, with a very simple purple rim, to carry floral wedding table centerpieces.  

 Wedding Signature Plates

The Art Cafe are very lucky to have a talented illustrator Kate West as our ''In House ''Artist who's bespoke designs and creations will make gifts to treasure forever."Our wedding signature plates are creating lots of excitement. I can create a unique design to match the theme of your day and the interests or hobbies of the wedding couple. You could talk to me about your ideas - or choose from a selection of my own favourite motifs. I inscribe the names of the bride and groom, the wedding date, and any other message you wish me to add. The plate is then glazed and fired. Guests use our special permanent pen to write their messages on the plate. The pen is as easy to use as a felt-tip and dries quickly so does not smudge.  If you do make a mistake it can be corrected.  (We provide full information with your plate)."
